The scope of work generally includes the installation and maintenance of environmental controls, partial removal, stockpiling, and placement of existing armour stone, local dredging and displacement of soft material, new perimeter containment cell berm and civil works to update the existing site drainage. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number: R.1384200.001 forming part of the bid document. W8486-260573 Trackway Launch and Recovery Systems (TLARS)

REQUIREMENT: This is for Trackway Launch and Recovery Systems (TLARS) for the Department of National Defence. The TLARS will provide the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) with capabilities to transport, deploy and recover the Department of National Defense (DND) Class 60 Trackway to support domestic and expeditionary operations. Four (4) years of In-Service Support (ISS) is required plus six (6) one-year options allowing Canada to extend the terms of the contract. Only one successful Offeror will be awarded both Contracts. Offerors must respond to the requirements for both of the Acquisition and the In-Service Support Contracts in their offer submission. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. This procurement encourages Offerors to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. This requirement is only open to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
RFI Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS)

The project will replace the current VTMIS with a modernized system. The new VTMIS will address these identified gaps or issues and improve CCG services in the following ways:1) Improve maritime traffic monitoring by leveraging rule-based automatic alerts and risk analysis tools to assist the MCTS officers in anticipating and mitigating risks;2) Enable an integrated image, showing both vessel traffic and waterways conditions, such as geographical features, ice conditions, meteorological information and data from other sources, if relevant; and,3) Harmonize vessel traffic services delivery with e-Navigation and the adoption of international standards from the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO).

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide the facilities, instructors and equipment to conduct training exercises for up to 14 soldiers in Canada. The training will be focused on the use of various transportation types ranging from person-borne equipment such as skis, to motorized equipment such as snowmobiles and motorcycles, in mountainous and austere terrain during all weather conditions. Some of the exercises will include firing weapons while on the Contractor’s facilities. This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) has two streams. One stream for Indigenous Business Offerors and another for non Indigenous Business Offerors.
