The Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH) and the JC Wilt Infectious Diseases Research Centre (JCWIDRC), facilities operated by the Public Health Agency of Canada, require inspection, repair, and testing services for their building steam-generating and heating systems. This is for Task authorization contract consisting of two firm years and three one-year option periods. It is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners. An optional site visit will be held on August 24, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central standard Time (CST) at 1015 Arlington Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Canada recommends that bidders attend. Bidders wishing to participate must contact the Contracting Authority no later than August 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST) to confirm their attendance and provide the required information for their representatives to gain access to the facility. Please refer to section 5.2, “Site Visit,” on page 10 of the RFP for complete registration details. Bidders who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment; however, they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
